Our Affiliate Program is structured to give you the benefits of running a side business without the operational complexities/headaches.

You simply recommend a mattress to those patients that could benefit and we do the rest. No need for additional staff, inventory, managing an eCommerce platform and dealing with warranty or customer service issues to name a few of the complexities. Our structure is designed to do the heavy lifting of the sale allowing you to focus on your patients and their care.

Custom QR Code

We understand you don't have 15-20 minutes to cover the benefits of a mattress/sleep system.

Simply identify a patient that could benefit from the sleep system and have them scan the custom QR code in your office to open a robust informative educational website. Also, by having your patient scan your custom QR code they will be linked to you making sure you are credited for the sale should they purchase same day or down the road when the time is right.

Why a fee?

In 1972 Congress passed the original version of the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS). The AKS is a criminal law that prohibits the intentional payment of cash or other compensation, to induce or reward patient referrals or the generation of business.

However, the law contains a “safe harbor exception.” Safe harbors in healthcare are activities or arrangements in which the compensation arrangement is considered legal by the Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S.

To satisfy the “safe harbor exception” there must be a fee associated with our arrangement consistent with fair market value.
